I need help figuring out a Cable Provider from back in the day?

Does anyone remember the cable company provider's name that serviced NAssau county as well as the Bronx in the 1970's and/or the 1980's. me and my dad are talking about the old days and cant remember tha names. help!!!

    This is a bit of a guess, because I was in SI and Manhattan in 1980. Cablevision? MSG TV? SportsVision. Hamilton County Cable? or possible Urban TV and Video (Bronx)?

    I can't remember watching much TV in my Holiday Inn, but we had a BUD outside anyway and I guess the locals were on an antenna system.
