What does this email from Yahoo mean?

I have an old "pacbell.net" account and yahoo email. So my primary email address is not a "yahoo.com" address, nor are my Extra Email addresses. But my Disposable addresses are @yahoo.com. I got this email from Yahoo. I've read it about 20 times and I still can't understand it. Can anyone explain this better for me?

You may have been receiving emails to your Disposable Email Address and/or Extra Email Address with other yahoo domains, even though your email address ends with @yahoo.com. In order to improve the accuracy of emails received by you in your right accounts, you will no longer be receiving emails to the @yahoo.com domain or any other domain that you did not sign up with. You will only receive emails to your [hidden]@yahoo.com.

I'm sure an example would help. I think I'm just missing the picture.

    When it opens...click on on YAHOO MAIL CLASSIC (under the heading OTHER VERSIONS....then click on CONTACT US ...live chat box should come up at this time....

    Once in click on the mail icon....then click on MAIL CLASSIC...once in click on CONTACT US...and the live option should come up...

    NOTE: you will not be able to access live chat unless you are considered a POWER MAILER...(you send lots of emails and Yahoo notifies that you are one)
