Poll Full Screen Or Wide Screen ?
I'm just curious because i just cant see why anyone would want to watch a movie using the wide screen, just look at all that wasted viewing space.
I have a big screen and i'm disappointed when a wide screen dvd comes from NetFlix,i think we should have all dvds with wide screen on one side and full screen on the outher side.

I know! I prefer Full screen too, I don't know why they're making these tv's so long now, and not more squared so you get an even picture.

Wide screen is far better....
If you had a wide screen TV vs. a big screen TV...I think you would agree

Wide.
A lot of movies are enhanced for 16x9 format, like Apocalypto. I like to see the full scene, sometimes there are elements pertaining to the story you can't see without going wide screen.

I prefer full screen, but I can see the appeal of widescreen, you can see more of the picture on a side to side ratio.

Wide Screen. my tv automatically fits the widescreen format to the whole tv. : )
