How do you achieve this effect? Help please?
http://www.liv.ac.uk/impacts08/Papers/Creating_an_... on page 9 of this document there is a page that is like backgrounded by a picture with text on it, I have a report that I`ve written in MS word and I want to do this to it, I also have adobe photoshop but I`m not really confident on it, any help would be great thank you in advance.

Well in word, (not sure about the new weird version that doesnt have the tabs) you put in a picture, bring up the Picture tool bar (which usually auto opens, or you have to open it through view/toolbars) and there is a little square, with black and white lines and what looks like a dog, click that and select 'behind text'. once done you can stretch the image to cover the whole page, and write on top of the picture.
