    A infraestrutura aeroportuária deve ser construida e mantida pelos impostos e taxas embutidos no preço do bilhete aéreo e no preço de utilização do aeroporto. O resto é literatura.

    No Brasil, todos querem ir de avião pagando 1,99 e o governo que se vire com a infraestrutura aeroportuária. Daí o governo assume o prejuizo, e o resultado é roubalheira.
