What is a good website for consumer complaints?

I have a ThermosCafe (one of those thermos that hold coffee and hot drinks) and I would like to find consumer comments (mainly complaints) on this product.

    There are bunch of consumer related websites. I personally check Complaints Board (complaintsboard.com) before I make any online deal.

    Besides a bunch of useful information, it helped me to resolve my matter with the company.
