What are you feeding the parents. First - pigeon do NOT eat worms. They eat grain, seeds, etc. If this is the first egg to make it, then I'm worried that your birds aren't getting enough of what they need to succeed. Pigeons are pretty hardy animals.
Are you feeding them a good mix? Do they have pigeon grit? Do they have an adequate nest bowl?
Will your babies be okay? Honestly, from what you say. No, they're dying. If the parents are sitting on them and not feeding them, then you can try to hand feed them. If you can get to a pet store and buy some Kaytee feeding mix and then use a little syringe to pump it in to them, you stand with your lack of experience - about a 50-50 chance to save them (assuming the babies aren't sick). here's a link to some places that show you how to feed them. If you can't get the Kaytee right away, you can use pea soup, especially if it's one that doesn't need to have water added to it.
