why does it seems like I'm not very strong?
basically I am wondering whats wrong or if there is anything I can do about my strength I don't got alot of money so I got a cable weight set my father gave me on the cable weight set I can easily bench press over 240 pounds but on a free weight set it's hard as hell to do like 125 >.< I don't know why that is though?
let me also add that I am not over weight lol and I am not skinny I got a regular sports type figure its jsut I'm wondering why is much harder on free weights then it is when I life my cable weights

240 lbs is quite a lot, however - it's possible that you're lifting just half of it due to the arrangement of the pulleys.

Free weights are totally different than cables. When you lift free weights you use all your stabilizing muscles that you don't need when lifting cables weights. That can make a huge difference in the amount of Weight you can press.

Theyre probably different.One if probably off scale.
Work alittle by little,Dont hurt yourself or you wont be able to pick up anymore weight then 50 lol
