If you were Noynoy, how would you react...?
to the purported all-out support of the Ampatuans for his candidacy? What prompted the Ampatuans to change "kuno" allegiance when it was widely known they were supporters of Villar? Your opinions, please. Thank you.

Noynoy and his team just made the right reaction by saying, "no, thanks". I would react the same if I were on their shoes. Ampatuans knew their endorsement will bring dishonor and shame to Noynoy if the latter incidentally accepted their support. Noynoy's group knew from the start this was just one hell of a dirty joke.

The Ampatuans are warlords in their province especially Andal Jr. who grew up knowing everything about being in power politically and economically. Changing alliance from GMA, to Villar and now to Noynoy does not concern him. The important thing is he is still looked upon by his followers who blindly follow what he says.
Noynoy Aquino will get more votes in Maguindanao now that Andal Jr. has spoken!!

Noynoy needs to react with extreme caution when dealing with any provincial political family clans and their private armies and arsenals full of weapons. And at the moment having ANY kind of relationship with the Ampatuans could severely damage Noynoy's SQUEAKY CLEAN political image.

Just like being associated to GMA is dubbed "the kiss of death," Ampa, showing gratitude to Agra, (to his boss actually) will do as he is told. Didn't they also try to pull a fast one by trying to merge the NP with the NPC? Pssst...according to Mang Pandoy, there will be some 'new developments' coming soon. The calm before the storm? Abangan ang susunod na kabanata!

Noynoy should welcome all support from all camps, he must not show any bad gestures towards such show of support, even if it is from an unlikely ally.
