What should the Rams do with the top pick in the NFL Draft?

What should the Rams do with the top pick in the NFL Draft?

A - draft Sam Bradford -- not only will he give them a franchise quarterback, but all his injuries will force them to get a good backup, too - it's like a two-for-one!

B - draft a lineman -- DT Suh, DT McCoy, OT Okung: good football teams are built around good line play and ... oh, my. I'm sorry. I almost nodded off there.

C - trade down -- the Rams have more needs than any one pick can fix; what will make them great is a whole bunch of 2nd and 3rd round talent

D - trade the pick for Ben Roethlisberger, Randy Moss and next year's No. 1 overall pick -- I read on BleacherReport.com that this three-way trade is on the table. THE RAMS SHOULD TAKE IT!!!

E - OTHER

E.. take a punter on the first pick they will be doing that allot this season

  • They seem to be locked in on Sam Bradford and will most likely pick him. They should get him signed before the draft though which is a mistake on their part. No way are they gonna get both Ben Roethlisberger and Randy Moss in any given trade. If so then do that. But I'm not sure what they should do as I don't believe that Marc Bulger is the real problem with that team. Perhaps they should trade down and acquire more picks as they have a lot of wholes on their team

They are rebuilding inside out, last season it was Chris Long and he will be fine. See Mario Williams 3 years ago. This year everything points to Eugene Monroe or Jason Smith, whoever is available. If the offense was so powerful before, it was because of the O-line that sent Marc Bulger to the Pro Bowl. Even Torry Holt wasn't the same with a weak line.

D isn't realistic. It sounds like just a rumor to me. I say A. Bradford is one of the best QB prospects in a while and the rams need a stable franchise QB to build around.

honestly it doesnt matter what there going to do there going to draft sam bradford no mater what.. but what they should do is go get mike vick off the eagles for a 4th round or somthing and then draft the next best player thats thinking smart

Get Bradford, he might not be made of glass after all.

But basically anything. St. Louis needs A LOT of depth to many positions, so they can't really go wrong.

QB should start, and they should focus on the O-line.

A... They turned down both Mark Sanchez who led the Jets to the playoffs AND Mathew Stafford who ended the Lions' horrible losing streak... it's time to pick a quarterback to get them out of the top 10 picks. He could be the next Kurt Warner.

  • E - Consult Rush Limbaugh. His angry advice: Draft Jevan Snead (Ole Miss QB)! What he didn't count on, is the Rams actually doing it. What a waste of a draft!

    C. They have so many problems and they need to spread some talet around. Bradford wont do anything unless he has help from other good players around him.

    D. At least then they'll get SOME attention (even if it is for the wrong reasons. Hey, all news is good news, right?)

vvv Stafford really didn't do $hit.
