Click on the
'Forget your 'ID' or password?' link
at the Yahoo sign in page
or a similar link in the sign-in page of the mail service you use.
This will send your password to your alternate E-mail account.

if you can reach to the page where it only asks you to provide the alternate mail add, much better. but if you can't come up with that page, there is no way for you to get back the password if you can't provide the Postal Code to retrieve the PW.
