how do I get a rear brake cylinder off a S10 is there a clip or something?

no bolts, tied prying but wont come

    if there are no bolts then they have clips right behind the backing plate but take the line off first then the clip. i think you get those clips when you buy new cylinders so if they break it won,t make any difference.

    Use a fine screwdriver and a brake tool to let the adjuster down.

    What is probably going on is the drum is worn leaving a ridge around the inside of the drum next to the back plate. That ridge is catching on the brake shoes and won't allow the drum to come off.
