Religiously puffing, did anybody observe 4-20 yesterday?

Our local rally got just under 4000 people. I didn't make it, had to work...

BQ: Would you blow off work for a cause you believe in? (not necessarily this one, but any cause that's near & dear to your heart?)

Update:

Yep, I did miss a day....damn new fangled calendars, hard to read after afternoon smoke break....lol

Update 2:

@ Joe: well, since they decriminalized up to 28 grams here in Canada, I feel relatively safe talking about it, not to mention, they still have to come up with proof beyond writing about things in order to get a conviction up here, yeah, I think I'm okay....

no, i didnt celebrate. not that into pot though.

bq: i've taken off work for things like that before. though on one occasion i felt guilty over failing to do so after my bosses said i'd be out of a job if i went up to this counter protest (countering a nazi rally in a black neighborhood), caused a riot, landed in jail and needed them to bail me out. anyway, i stayed home and a riot broke out anyway. three days of marshal law.

Hahaha typical puffer to lose a whole day. My (grown) kids are worshippers of the 420 holiday...it's a big deal for them. They take the day off just to sit with friends and toke all day. I get a contact high from the next room. I would take work off to rally for a cause I believe in...even this cause. I am a believer that pot has medicinal qualities...I have been fighting cancer for the past 5 months and although I didn't have an official prescription it did help to ease the trouble I had when I tried to quit the pain pills...oxycontin.

LOL @ Joe...do you really think there is that much to worry about. Last time I checked it is not illegal to claim you have done something against the law. I think you actually have to get caught doing something.

Oh yeah, I was so observing 4-20. I observed it like 5 or 6 times that day. But, yesterday wasn't 4-20, it was 4-21, so, I only observed it twice yesterday.

For me to blow off work, I would really REALLY have to believe in something, but if I did, I would probably cut out of work.

I'm not really sure what celebration that is.

But wasn't 4-20 the day before yesterday anyways?

That's it, I'm moving to Canada.

I observe that quite often =)

I have missed work for causes I believe in. I have a very lenient boss... who just happens to be my hub.

The 5th term in this geometric sequence could be one million/32. it incredibly is so because of the actual fact the sequence progresses making use of right here rule: one million/2^n "one over 2 to the nth potential" consequently, in case you needed to calculate the 8th term, you will be able to plug into the equation: one million/2^8 which could then effect in an answer of one million/256. desire this helps slightly!!!
