Recipe for Serbian chicken and dumpling soup.?

When I was growing up, I had a Serbian neighbour who made the best comfort food in the form of chicken and dumplings. It looked like this: http://www.roadfood.com/photos/15196.jpg.

I can't seem to find the exact recipe, so if anyone knows how to make it, I'll be very very grateful :)

    Spicy Chicken Batter:

    * 2 eggs

    * 2 tablespoons hot sauce

    * 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

    * 1 teaspoon black pepper

    * 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    * 2 cups all-purpose flour

    * Vegetable oil, to fry

    * Dipping Sauce, recipe follows

    Ingredients:

    600 g of chicken meat

    1 bundle of greens (carrot, parsnip and parsley)

    1 small celery,

    1 small onion cut in halves and roasted on a range surface

    2-3 small potatoes (peeled),

    5-6 peppercorns.

    Preparation:

    Wash meat, cut it into smaller pieces, pour cold water and let it boil. Be sure to remove the foam by spoon. After that, add other mentioned ingredients. Reduce to a lower temperature and simmer for about 2 hours. Salt soup according to your taste. Filter it.

    Put meat and vegetables on a plate and salt it.

    Use liquid to prepare soup with noodles or dumplings.

    Dumplings:

    Take 1 egg white, mix it well with fork, then add egg yolk. Mix and add 3 tablespoons of semolina. Gently stir and leave for about 5 min.

    Form dumplings by small spoon (each time dipped in soup) and add them into the soup.

    Cooked chicken meat can be served with various sauces and horseradish.

    Tomato Sauce: Pour a little oil in a small stew-pan and fry two small ladles of flour on it. Flour shouldn't be overdone. Pour 3 dl of cooked tomatoes and water as needed.

    Adjust density of sauce with water. Add salt.

    Horse radish:

    Clean 1 large horse radish and grate it. Add salt, 1 spoon of apple vinegar, 1 small spoon of sugar and some water. Mix it.
