Anyone know what is happening to html comics?
Its been down for 3 days now and I am starting to get worried :( It is the coolest site on the entire web. I would be so sad if it was shut down.
I did a domain search. The good news is the other 2 web addresses linked to that IP are also down so maybe they are doing repairs or something. The bad news is in the last 6 months the number of unique user visits per month went from 800 to 20,000 so maybe they became too big to ignore. I have sent out some emails so... we'll have to keep our fingers crossed.
I am going to begin crying now. :((

Someone already did, and apparently they told her that the site would be down for the next few months due to legal issues. I can't call them myself, because I don't have landline and I'm in southeast Asia. You guys can try, so we can clear this up.

Yeah, a lot of us are wondering the same thing. I'm beginning to think they were shut down because I emailed the site owners and haven't heard back in a couple days. Bummer huh? I attached another question with 15 answers someone else posted right when it went down.

Well, Bleeding Cool did an article on them. At that point, the comic companies may not have been comfortable ignoring the site. Pity.
