There are other things that cause night sweats also. You might want to get a check up and tell your doctor about it. It's easier to live with those than some of the side affects HRT causes though.
Keep your bedroom cooler.
Wear loose cotton night clothes.
Night sweats happen during the years of perimenopause, they will go away somewhat.
