try bright eyeliner, like a teal or purple or jade green. that's my favorite way to punch up an otherwise "boring" look. :) do your neutral eye on the top, with grays or browns (whatever you prefer) and then on your lower lashline, add a pop with a bright colored eyeliner.

my favs are urban decay 24/7 glide on pencils. they come in a huge range of cute colors, last all day, and don't smudge.

try pink eyeshadow or hazel eye shadow:) and less foundation more blush
