What is the best anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-malware etc... software for Windows Vista? I don't care if it is free or if it must be purchased I just want to know what the best one is.

I'd recommend an antivirus like AVG from http://free.avg.com/ or anything similar, preferably run it once in Safe Mode just to make sure. This will give you great protected from any virus but I'd make sure I had antimalware as well just in case.
Try to install and scan with Spybot S&D or Malwarebytes Anti-malware to remove any malware pests. Both have an IP blocker option and real-time protection (free in Spybot, available only in the full version of Malwarebytes), which is good at preventing the problem before it happens. I for one use full MBAM (someone here answered another question recommending Malwarebytes coupon codes shared by other users on http://news.dtcdeals.com/malwarebytes-coupon-code to save on the purchase) I prefer it since it has a scheduler to run scans and upgrades by itself.
Having them both will keep your computer extra protected so give it a go and see what you think! Good luck :)

I use Avast , I have also got superantispyware and Malwarebytes. I recently changed to Comodo firewall which seems fine and I seem to boot up quicker. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly.

McAfee total protection runs o.k. on Vista in case you have 3-4GB of ram. If no longer you will desire to seek for something else that makes use of much less materials yet it particularly is somewhat puzzling to hit upon something first rate with Vista. yet despite you get be sure you examine the device materials first by using fact it may slow you down.
