If you just got it they should let you get a different one. It depends on where you got it from. Bestbuy I know has a policy that if you continue to have issues with a computer after being replaced a certain amount of times you get a new one. This also depends on where you got it from. Also try calling the company that made the computer as many times they have a warranty for a year and will fix it or replace it for free. Don't wait too long as once you're past whatever the time limit is you wont get it fixed for free.
