Is 谷木(yagi) a Japanese name?

If yes,is it kunyomi or onyomi?

    Yes, it is. It's a Japanese family name, which is not so common.

    谷---"ya" is neither kunyomi nor onyomi. "ya" is a special pronunciation, which is allowed when we use 谷 as a part of names.

    木---"gi" is kunyomi.
