I don't think so. Sell cellphones whatever be the place, it is not against the law. I can not explain it, i just know it; i don't know the lows of your country very well.

it somewhat is against the college rules to have cellular telephones in college. definite, they could take them at any time and self-discipline the scholars. you ought to by no ability convey your telephone to college.
