1. being my favorite says to me that your goals outweigh your fears in life.
2. is just as it says, keep saying something that sounds easy and possible and eventually everyone will start to believe it.
3. The past is gone. but no one knows whats going to happen tomorrow. all the more reason to live it up today.
EDIT: BTW i believe the third is written:
The past is history, tomorrow is a mystery. today is a gift, that is why it is called the present.
