Can film cameras have multi exposure shots?
I know that the lomography fisheye camera or the holga (if im not wrong) can, but can normal film cameras take multi exposure shots?

Yes. Many have a little button on the base that disengages the gears that wind the film as you tension the spring for the shutter release.
Another trick, where there's no little button, is to hold the shutter button down as you use the winding lever.

Yes, film cameras can have multi exposure shots (i.e. double exposure) and i.e. multi exposure(several frames of film exposed one right after another).
But if you want cameras of this grade why on earth are you looking at holga, etc cameras?

If double/multiple exposures are your desire then look for a Minolta XE-7 35mm SLR. It has a switch that easily allows double/multiple exposures. Since it also features Aperture Priority you have the ability to use the EV dial for the needed exposure compensation: -1 EV for a double exposure; -1.5 EV for a triple exposure; -2 EV for a quadruple exposure.

If you mean on the same frame, yes, but only the better 35mm cameras can do this. Like the Nikon F3-HP & FM2, for example.
