Romantic places to eat in Cleveland?

I want to take my boyfriend somewhere really romantic, with good food, and reasonably priced. I'd pay between $10-$18 for a plate. Any suggestions?

Stino Da Napoli. (website link below)

It's a hidden treasure. My boyfriend and I found it about two years ago, and we have been going every month since. Good atmosphere, friendly service, and AMAZING home-made italian dishes (Stino is the restaurant owners name, and he is from Napoli). Expect to pay 9-13 dollars on the pasta dishes, and 13-20 some dollars on there meat entrees. I suggest the Gnocci's (about $10). Vegetarian AND delicious!

Lola by Michael Symon in Tremont is nice, his other restaurant Lolita is good, too, but MUCH more casual....I really like McCormick and Scmick's at Beachwood Place Mall, if you enjoy seafood it's a great place. Naya Bistro and Lounge in Highland Heights is also a great choice.
