I would have it done in Mexico. This is another example of crossing the border for survival, only the other way around. See how that works? Now we see a little bit of why people immigrate.

I would not want to have any medical procedures done in a foreign country. I am sure that there are good doctors and dentists there, but there is no way to determine whether you have chosen a reputable doctor. And if you do receive poor care there, you have no real recourse to recoup any damages. I think I would rather pay more and be assured that I am getting good care.
