Question

Replacing the bun with fried or grilled chicken breast? Its like eating a heart-attack on a sandwich. Well it does taste good to be honest, but its seem strange to KFC to do that. Oh well, can I get another?(sarcasm)

They're not as bad for you as Taco Bell's Volcano Nachos. The fried double down only has 400 something calories, the Volcano Nachos literally have 1000 calories per serving. People should really look into facts before they start having a heart attack thinking that KFC is so unhealthy and they think Taco Bell is healthy, HA! Look at the facts people!!! Go to their sites and look up the nutrition value!

no because they inject their chickens with steroids to make them big and fat and then they break their legs because their bodies can't hold their weight... i will never eat KFC! they torture their chickens!
