how many calories in a tub of chinese curry sauce?
i love curry sauce but dont know how many calories are in an average tub you get from the chinese take away

Although, curry is generally a very high calorie sauce.

It isn't the calories that are too bad, it's the quality of them - they are mainly sugars in MOST sauces, which encourages your body to store fat unless you eat sugars straight after exercise. :)

ask the takeaway, but i would judge it to be very high. sorry. you could have it as a treat once a month.
