Can I book a hotel room for my sister?
We are going to Vegas together but staying at separate hotels. Do I have to be there when she checks in to show my credit card and I.D.?

You can book a room for her. If she's paying, you can just put it in her name, and she'll show her ID and credit card when she checks in. If you're paying, you'll need to be there to give your credit card. She will need to show her ID to show that she's old enough to check in (make sure that she is).
