Dieting is this sound like a good food chart?

Ok so for anybody who has heard of the special k diet you have a bowl of special k cereal for breakfast or sk waffles with lite syrup, for lunch sk cereal or meal substitution like a protein bar or water/mix, for dinner eat normally, and have to of a sk snacks through out the day. Needless to say that doesn't have any fiber and basically just cuts calories. So here's what I was going to try sk cereal for breakfast, fiber bar and veggies/fruit for lunch, normal dinner and snack on raw veggies/fruits. I get less calories and my daily fiber. Does any one have any advice... and of course i will be working out. Has anyone ever tired the SK diet and/or what diets do you actually think work?

    Don't do the Special K diet. Special K products are full of sugar..they aren't beneficial to you. You need a balance of carbs, protein, and healthy fat. You don't have to drastically cut calories to lose weight. What you can do is eat 1,400-1,500 calories a day. You say you are working out, so if you eat healthy food (1,400-1.500 calories) and exercise regularly you will lose weight. I promise it will work..this is how I lost weight. Make sure you are doing cardio (elliptical, running, riding a bike, etc.) for at least 30 minutes every other day along with weight training.

    take a 30 second break in the middle of your meal evaluate just how hungry you still are before getting back to your food

    swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

    degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

    if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs

    Prepare your own lunch people who prepare own lunch and eat will lose weight

    Drink more water at the start of every meal
