German help please, just a sentence and win ten points the first one who explain it the better.?

I don't need someone to do my homework, I just begun studying German last week.

There's an exercise and I don't know what the instructions mean.

Just need a little help to do the exercise.

Here's what I can't understand:

Schreiben Sie Aufforderungssätze in der Sie-Form

and the example is:

1: im Kurs fragen.

So, what I'm supposed to do?

    Aufforderungssatz (m) : imperative sentence

    Schreiben Sie Aufforderungssätze in der Sie-Form... write imperative sentences in the Sie (you) (formal) form.

    im Kurs fragen: fragen Sie im Kurs

    im Buch lesen : lesen Sie im Buch

    in die Schule gehen : gehen Sie in die Schule

    einkaufen gehen: gehen Sie einkaufen
