    current = 75/120 = 0.625 amps

    0.625 amps = 0.625 coulombs/s

    1 C = 6.242e18 electrons

    therefore

    0.625 coulombs/s x 6.242e18 electrons/C = 3.9e18 electrons/s

    1e8 electrons / 3.9e18 electrons/s = 2.56e-11 seconds = 25.6 ps
