I didn't complete my taxes this year because I didn't work is there a smaller fourm I can fill out?

I'm actually my mother's care taker (yet only thru a doctors note).

Is there a tax form they could send me because I'll provide so little information or is there a link to a site where I can print it out?

    If you didn't work and had no income there's no need to file a return at all.

    No there isn't, but if you didn't have income there's no need to file anyway, and no benefit in filing.
