It could be the beginning stages of carpal tunnel so it is important to see a dr. asap. If caught early it will avoid the need for surgery - which I've heard is very unpleasant to say the least. Also, there are simple exercises you can do right at your desk. Breaking up the typing by getting up and moving, adjusting your keyboard height and chair all are simple solutions. It may also be from a pinched nerve. Does it radiate down your arm INTO your wrist and hands? Either way a dr. can give you nerve conduction tests which I have had done. Best of luck to you! Check out the website I listed below.

You need to go speak to Adult you trust about this. This is something that a young person shouldn't have to deal with on their own. Especially when you have a younger sister there too. Sometimes parents don't realise they have problems or are upsetting others. Hearing it explained to them from their own child is something many parents cannot deal with and they tend to disregard it. This is why its very important for you to tell another adult who can help you speak to your parents. Try talking to a teacher or guidance councillor at school. I hope this helps. Hugs to you...
