I'm not allowed to leave new bark town because ethan comes up to me and says "didnt the kimono girl want to talk to you?" however, i've been to eruyack city and challenged the 5 dancing girls, then i completed bell tower, so now what do i do to be able to leave new bark town

You can find answers to most pokemon questions in the pokecenter. They have a group where you can talk to other people playing it and ask questions. You need to sign up though - http://members.beefjack.com/groups/
