How much do you think I should price my art?

I think you could safely charge $5-$15. I'm guessing you're still a teen-- when I was drawing at your level I think I was charging around $5 or $10 for simple character drawings or tattoos.

The key way to decide how much you need to charge is by how busy you are. If you're getting a dozen commissions a week and you're swamped, you probably need to bump up your prices a little so you don't have such a big work load. Once you get the commissions coming in at a comfortable pace then you can stop raising your price.

Another way to determine the value of your commissions is to auction a commission on eBay. Post examples of your work, make a note of what you will and will not do (like no nudity or violence) and maybe list your strengths and what a commission will get the person, for example: "Auction winner will receive one character of their description on a simple background with cel style shading."

BTW, I think your art is pretty great. I would suggest that you work a little on your anatomy-- the chibis are fine but the full sized characters are a little out of proportion and stiff. Color choice and coloring are excellent.

Your artwork is very nice and clean, great work! I had done similar work for friends back in college. As far as price is concerned, I would recommend you think back on a piece and what goes into it. $3-5 might be a little cheap. Breaking it down by time is probably your best was to guage your prices. If it takes you two hours to finish a piece, then charge a little more. You could probably charge between $5 and $8 for those pics without getting any complaints.
