Why am I getting 3/4 day old questions on most categories,other than "open" Anyone else have this problem?

I click onto "newest" and the questions are sometimes a year old!! What is going on??

    Press F5 (refresh) and see if that helps. If not, clear ALL your cache files and restart the computer.
