Should a sick illegal baby be denied health care and deported?
If you agree with this you are a sick excuse for a human being.
So if a baby had leukemia would the family in lets say Arizona stay until the child was healed?

The baby should be given immedeate medical care then returned to its home country for follow on care.

I am sure there are exemptions for critical care if the health of the baby is at stake. No one can be deported because our national policy does not do that. They are detained if caught. Some are deported but they come back the next day. It is a revolving door.
No responsible parent would take a sick baby across the desert. If they are new immigrants they can qualify for Medicaid. If they have good jobs they can buy insurance. The point of health care is not to have the government foot the bill. The community and county hospitals where illegals get care send the bill to the federal government. If they knew before they make the trip here they would not get any benefits, half of them would not come. They can go to hospital in Mexico for nothing.

People should be stabilized and if they are here illegally they should be removed from the country. If they are wanted for murder they should be jailed. If they did or are doing anything illegal they should be arrested and stand trial for their crime. No one wants to deny emergency medical treatment though for some reason Democrats don't want to honor the laws that are on the books that were passed by the House of Representatives, the Senate & signed by the President. Due to Democrats having no respect for our Nation's laws the States are having to come up with their own laws to enforce what is supposed to be a federal issue. It's sad our current administration is so incompetent that the States have to take over for themselves though that's where Democrat Obama has gotten us w/ a Democrat House & Democrat Senate.

If you actually knew the law that will never happen and NOBODY would do such a thing. Any one can be treated in an emergency room in the United States. After the baby is well the child would be given to it's parents and deported if they were here illegally. Why do liberals always make up such stupid ridiculous situations as fact? Liberalism is a mental disorder !

Nobody in America is denied health care. A hospital will care
for the baby. If the baby is in the system for deportation, that
will be put on hold while the baby is treated.
Everyone must be treated who asks for medical treatment in
America in hospitals.
Why would you think otherwise?

Well, since I live in Arizona I can tell you that the majority of people here would want the baby and the family deported. Sad, but true.
The new law that Arizona's mental giant Governor has passed will surely cause more problems than it will solve... but to my horror, it's being widely supported here in Az and across the country.
So yes, it looks like any sick children here illegally would be deported.

Yes. It should not be the responsibility of the taxpayers to pay for health care for people who are here illegally. If your neighbors child burned down another neighbors house would you want to be forced pay for part of the damages since you lived on the same block?

Anyone who is here illegally sick or well should be deported. That is the law. Enforce it.

I agree with you 100%! I don't understand how people can be so heartless! I for one am ashamed for having people with hateful feelings in my country. I don't think there should be deportations anymore, its causing our country great harm. It will cost the US $94 billion to send undocumented immigrants back, plus the cost of the people working to send them back, while having a reform will help the US and its economy. I don't understand how people don't understand this. If we do spend $94 billion on sending them all back, the american people are going to have to pay MORE taxes to pay that off! Personally, I prefer having an immigration reform and have them help the US economy. And if an undumented child has leukemia, there is no way that child would get any help because his or her parents will be undocumented as well. That is why people are fighting this stupid AZ bill! It is not right! Check out my question, and you could see a lot of info

The baby should get medical attention asap but the parents better find a way to pay up.
I assume you're trying to make anyone who is anti illegal immigration seem like a terrible person. You are a moron.
