What are the best ways to physically prepare for my tests?

I have AP tests starting on Monday. The actual studying is covered. I'm just wondering, what are some things I can do to be the best mental shape for my tests? What foods should I eat, or not eat. Any specific vitamins? Will any exercising help, like running? Thanks.

    The best way to prepare physically for you test....you should try to make yourself uncomfortable in the room in which you're studying. Like for example..turn off tall the fans, shut all the door and windows....by doing this the temperature of your room will rise and when you'll study you'll be more unconfortable and your brain will memorize things faster.....
