    There's no such thing, it's just another Nigerian scammer after your cash by using something that sounds official.

    They lure you in with the promise of money, but to get that money you have to pay fees (e.g. legal costs, bank transfer fees etc) and also gather as much personal info from you as possible (risk of identity fraud). Ask yourself, how did you win money if you didn't submit an entry to do so. Also why would you have to pay if you really were being awarded money!

    If you check the address they use then the address they use in the scam mail actually belongs to a florist http://www.southlondonguide.co.uk/deptford/informa... - hardly the likely office of a prestigious foundation awarding cash grants!

    So don't give any personal details and don't give any money. Just block the emails and ignore.
