Maybe you and your group should learn that Sorrento is on the Morning Peninsula. maybe 2/3 hours from Phillip Island. In order to tell you what schoolies do besides schoolies , you need to learn that both of these destinations are not near-ish to one another. Oh, I would also suggest that you not drink--since you are not of legal age. Are you going for schoolies week?

That does make a difference you know, for I really do not think either one of these destinations would be the venue which you desire.

Sorrento is no where near Phillip Island and in fact is around 2 hours drive away from it. There is not a lot to do in Sorrento at the best of times and I cannot imagine schoolies being all the fun if you go there. There are things like the Conti that run a night spot and the Portsea pub have things on but other than that you can watch the paint peel from the walls in your room. I have never heard of Sorrento being a schoolies venue. If I were you I would be changing destinations as Sorrento is a yuppie place for those who could not get into Portsea and a place for the elderly.

  • Sorrento is actually a fair way from Phillip Island.

Sorrento is on the Mornington Peninsula, near Portsea.

and well, what to do at schoolies? drink. drink. drink. go to the beach. drink drink drink. maybe go shopping. drink drink drink some more. go on the Queenscliff-Sorrento ferry. drink. go to the beach again. drink drink.

    have fun (:
