There is a rather famous Picture of the Pentagon.?
The so called exit hole in the C ring on 9-11-01. The question is driving me nuts.
Having never been to the Pentagon I can't figure it out.
Why is there a no parking sign on that wall?
Looking at all the pictures I can find I don't see how anyone could be parking between the Pentagons rings.
I would appreciate a link if possible.

They're referring to the Go-Carts used inside of the Pentagon.

It is a drive through tunnel, dignitaries and chief officers often use to get to a certain area. Buses use it for children, bands, civic organizations to perform in the center courtyard in the summer. It is also used to allow emergency vehicles ease of access to different areas of the Pentagon. It isn't an exit hole, it already existed before the attack. The sign is there because they don't want any vehicles to block the thoroughfare.
