I think you should wait until you find someone you really truly love who you would want to have sexual relations with. Just because you would feel more comfortable doing that with him doesn't mean you should. You said it yourself, you don't want him to be the first. So just wait until you find the one you are positive is right for you.

You answered your own question, you don't want him to be your first. Don't sleep with him because it's convenient, that's ridiculous and you know it. Some day when you are with someone you truly love and have passion for, it will be amazing. You will regret it if you settle for this guy.

Don't do anything right now, your not ready. Read allot of books about this, you need to be educated first, don't make the mistakes everyone else is making.
