A cockroach up my nose.......?

Ok, so I dozed off on the sofa waiting for the footy to come on TV.

I woke up with a small cockroach, about 1/2" crawling up my nose.

I tried to 'blow' it out, tried to nab it with tweezers, but it hangs on and crawls further up my nose. Should I just 'bite the bullet' and snort it back all the way and spit it out? Suggestions required ASAP.

    Ok but don't snort to hard cos if you're like me...I hate enemas.
