Back bridges would be the best way to make your back flexible for the spin, but what most people dont realize is that its not only your back that is bending!

Try stretching your Quads out a lot before ou do the spin along with stretching out your arms in all ways possible. I find that if your hold both arms straight above your head, bend one of them back and push on your elbow kind of in a down & back motion, then this will stretch you out. Also, if you go against the wall and do the stretch were you turn the opposite way as to the direction your arm is facing, then this will stretch your out in the right place.

Overall, practice is what will make this spin work, and no matter how flexible you are, its not going to help till you practice.

I can do the splits in all 3 ways, i can get my head to mk knees no problem, and bending my back to the point where people find it gross looking is a breeze, but i still had to practice this spin for a few weeks to get it even remotly presentable!
