Best time to catch carp?
I do most of my carp fishing at night and i do pretty well, but just wondering if early in the morning, middle of the day, or right before dark is a better time to catch em?

I often see carp near the surface in the morning but they are very inactive at this time. Like someone already said, carp feed from the evening to around 11:00 PM (eastern time).

Evening time is best, it's around "dinner" for them. This time of year is especially good because they are usually spawning and flopping around everywhere close to shore. Why on earth do you want to catch a carp?

Late afternoon in the summer. Throw some sweet corn in the water and it draws them up like fishnip.
