Good place for first date?
I want to ask out a girl who I work with, and I'm not exactly sure how to ask her or where to take her, any advice? A couple things I thought of were to an amusement park or dinner+a movie, please help.
She's 16 I'm 18 and we've known each other for a year now I'm trying to impress her now.

dont go cliche with the dinner and a movie.
GO for a walk or to a local fair or something. do something fun and that you both like. If you can't think of anything then go for the movie and dinner.

I suggest something less distracting.. the dinner I agree with but the movie I don't, you won't be able to talk. The point of a date is to get to know someone, right? an amusement park is also a distraction... how about a walk in the park? dinner would be good. Are you both over 21? maybe a drink or two at a bar would be nice,,, it will ease your nerves but make sure you keep it moderate, if you're under 21 than totally scratch that LOL..

here r places not to go....and i will explain why.....
NOT...
-movies :cuz u wont be able to do much talking, and wont be able to get to know each other better.
-amusement park :might be ok...ONLY IF u confess at the end of the day at top of ferriss wheel
-dinner :can have an awkward silence and may lead to anxiety
some good places i would recommend would be...
-bowling :can chat during free time, still eat, have fun, and get to know each other way bettr(sets good enviroment esp. since there will be others around)
-downtown :there r many site to go c, many things to do that take up little time, set good enviroment, and awesome photo backgrounds for future memories
-arcade : girls love this! many might not like playing the games, but they love seeing guys serious and determined to win that bear fromt the claw machine!
-mall :most girls love to shop! there r many stores, and while she's in hollister or whereever, u can sneak off really quick and buy that thing she's been eyeing since she walked into the mall! plus, u can eat there, talk freely without anxiety, and get close for the litle photo booth!
i highly recommend the acrcade(or something similar) or the mall

If you really want to keep her around do something fun and exciting. The usual dinner and movie can be good but the amusement park would be a better choice. You want to take her on a date she will remember and tell her friends about (in a good way)

DO NOT TAKE HER FOR DINNER AND A MOVIE. That is the worst first date. Don't be cliche. If you wanna get to know her do something casual. Like take her for coffee or Ice cream. Be different.
If you want more of fun date, take her to play Miniature golf. Be creative, girls like originality. Remember you only get one first date. Doesn't mean you have to spend a lot of money, just be original.

Dinner is a bit much for first date, do a starbucks and a movie of her choice, that's what i did and she loved it.
