Yes he is now at Mckinley high. The glee club didn't except rachel going out with jesse because they thought he was a spy for vocal adrenaline, so they told her to choose, glee or jesse. Rachel pretended to break up with Jesse for the glee club. Then Jesse suprised us and quit vocal adrenaline to be in the glee club so Rachel would not have to choose.

Yes, Jesse transferred to McKinley High. He told Rachel (and the other Glee club members) that it was because he cared about Rachel. He is staying with his uncle and all of his paperwork is actually legit.
Personally, I think that is a load of crap. I think he's playing her....poor Rachel. she doesn't deserve to have her heart broken
