No, I prefer to cook fish whole (gutted, scaled and the cavity stuffed with lemon and a few herbs) if they're small enough to fit into the oven. If I take fillets or steaks, I'd cook them straight, nothing worse than overpowering the flavour of the fish with other flavours.

I to love Joseph use bread crumbs, cracker like Ritz and Saltines we call them soda cracker here in Canada, i like overwhelmed corn flakes, rice kripsies are no longer undesirable the two, make a mild batter with flour, egg, milk or water, season it particularly is going to dip the fish in, then interior the crumb, I advert somewhat flour to help bind them to the fish, then enable sit down for a couple of minutes and fry, shallow fry in pan or deep fry in a perfect fryer, even pan fry ina small volume oil or butter and end interior the oven, I try this.

I don't know if I would or not, I've never made a fish at home or anywhere else.

It seems a little redundant to bread my fish with fish, so probably not.

Can't say I would (never tried it). Even mild is kinda spicy to me. Bet it tastes good though.
