Orange Contract help?
Ok, at the end of december 2009 i took out a contract with orange, £36 for 900 mins, unlimited texts and 500MB 3G usage and insurance. My problem is, I'm paying the contract but the service is crap, i cant connect to the internet and 90% of the time it wont let me send texts so I'm paying this money and I'm not getting most of what I'm paying for so can I cancel the contract without any fees because I'm not getting the service or what? thanks on advance

hello
i think i can help first thing is to try switching to just 2g rather than just 3g or 2g and 3g, if that dont work call them every day complaining say you use it for work and need the service to get better,
try the switching to just 2g first
