Has anybody ever made up a rumor about you?

At my old job someone spread a rumor saying that I was sleeping around with one of the managers. If they had chosen the pretty one, I would have ran with it, but they chose an ugly one.

Yeah this one girl made a rumor about me and my gf and she thought that the rumor wasnt a big deal and that it wouldnt hurt anyone, turns out it did so i just stopped talking to her

Yeah in 7th grade I dated a 15 year old when I was 13. There was a rumor that I was pregnant. It was funny as hell. And when my friends would share their pretzels they would be like "Here Paige, you have two, Your eating for two now". then everyone would whisper and stare. It was hilarious.

People make up rumors, it's human nature.

yes! I live in a small town so there's been plenty of rumors about me. The main rumor was that i'm bisexual or a lesbian, neither are even close to being true.

A jealous girl and her friends told people I hooked up with all of the members of this local band in one night! Gross! I didn't even get with one of them much less all six of them!

To this day, an old roommate holds a grudge and spreads lies about me. But that roomie was a psycho and everyone who knows me laughs it off. Like I do.
